Section 901-13.0 - Appeals13.1 Appeals from an adverse decision of the Arbitration panel shall be taken to the Superior Court of the State of Delaware by filing a Notice of Appeal with the Arbitration Secretary.13.2 The Notice of Appeal must be filed within 90 days in the case of claims for homeowners' insurance claims and within 30 days in the case of automobile insurance claims.13.3 All further filings and proceedings shall be in accordance with the Superior Court Rules of Civil Procedure.18 Del.
