Section 202-14.0 - Types of Lotteries14.1 The Lottery Office reserves the right to institute any type of lottery game as is allowable under the Delaware Code any time the Director deems it to be in the best interest of the State.14.2 Rules and regulations concerning individual games will be promulgated by the Director as required.10 Del.
