Section 8-273-38 - Partial use of home for business or farm operation(a) In the case of a displaced homeowner or tenant who has allocated part of his dwelling for use in connection with a displaced business or farm operation, a replacement housing payment may not be paid for that part of the property which is allocated to the business or farm operation.(b) The eligibility of a person to receive a payment under 8-273-13 is not affected by this section.Conn.
