Section 8-388-7 - Maximum income limits(a) The maximum low income limit shall be eighty percent (80%) of the area median income, adjusted for family size, as determined from time to time by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.(b) The maximum moderate income limit shall be one hundred percent (100%) of the area median income, adjusted for family size, as determined from time to time by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.Conn.
