Section 8-218c-14 - Program description(a) The Community Housing Development Corporation Program has five components: predevelopment activities, large bedroom units, loan fund, accessibility modification, and adaptability conversion, which provide financial assistance to develop and rehabilitate housing for low and moderate income families.(b) Developers shall be required to comply with all rules and orders that may be promulgated from time to time by the Commissioner and consistent with the Connecticut General Statutes and these regulations.Conn.
