Section 7-323l-17a - Fire investigator(a)GeneralNo person shall be certified to the level of fire investigator until all examination requirements of this standard for that level have been fulfilled.
(b)Objectives: The candidate for certification to the level of fire investigator shall comply with the performance objectives of NFPA 1033, Standard for Professional Qualifications for Fire Investigator.(c) The commission shall certify to the level of fire investigator those candidates who have satisfactorily demonstrated the ability to meet the requirements as prescribed in this section.Conn.
