Section 46a-54-3a - Functions(a) The commission is generally empowered to exercise specified grants of authority for the enforcement of statutes that prohibit discrimination and promote diversity and shall have such powers and duties as the General Assembly may confer from time to time. The commission's authority is set forth primarily, but not exclusively, in chapter 814c of the Connecticut General Statutes.(b) The rules contained in the current edition of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised shall govern the commission in all cases to which they are applicable and in which they are not inconsistent with section 46a-54-1 a to section 46a-54-98 a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.
