Section 32-75c-4 - Qualifying manufacturing plant business application processThe two-step application process consists of a preliminary questionnaire and an application for certificate of eligibility. Application forms shall be approved by the commissioner. The information required shall include:
(1) Name, owner and location of company;(2) Locations size and type of business activity;(3) Standard Industrial Classification number of the company;(4) Number of jobs that will be created or retained;(5) Owner of proposed facility;(6) Owner of equipment (if applicable); and(7) Other factors that the commissioner deems necessary to complete the certification process.Conn.
