Section 32-1c-1 - Definitions(a) "Category of Personal Data" means the classification of personal information set forth in the Personal Data Act, Conn. Gen. Stat. Sec. 4-190(9).(b) "Other Data" means any information which because of name, identifying number, mark or description can be readily associated with a particular person.(c) Department means the Department of Economic Development.(d) Definitions of terms in Conn.
