Section 32-36-7 - Place of performance of the financial aid agreement(a) The project being funded with financial aid provided by the Corporation in accordance with the terms and conditions of the financial aid agreement jointly executed by the person and the Corporation shall be performed within the State of Connecticut.Conn.
