Section 3-11-23 - Date of filing, components, deficiencies(a) The date of filing of any application with the Treasury shall be the date that the application is received by the Treasurer.(b) An application shall consist of all of the required components and any special components set forth in sections 3-11-6 to 3-11-25, inclusive, of these regulations.(c) Any application or petition which is incomplete or not in conformity with sections 3-11-6 to 3-11-25, inclusive, of these regulations may be rejected by the Treasurer.Conn.
