Section 26-141a-8 - Conflict and severance(a) Where there is a conflict between the provisions of these regulations and those of any other applicable ordinance or regulation, the provisions of the ordinance or regulation which imposes the most stringent flow standards shall govern.(b) The invalidity of any word, clause, sentence, section, part, or provision of these regulations shall not affect the validity of any other part which can be given effect without such invalid part or parts.Conn.
