Section 21a-243-17 - Relationship with prescribing practitioners and health care facilities(a) No pharmacist or pharmacy shall maintain direct telephone, facsimile machine or computer lines to any health care facility or prescribing practitioner's office.(b) No pharmacist shall enter into any agreement with a prescribing practitioner or health care facility concerning the provision of facsimile machine services or equipment which adversely affects any person's freedom to choose the pharmacy at which a prescription will be filled.Conn.
