Section 20-576-3 - Applications for pharmacist license(a) An applicant for a license to practice pharmacy other than by reciprocity shall be required to take a two part examination consisting of the following: (1) Part I. The North American Pharmacist Licensure Exam or such other examination as may be required by the commission and approved by the Commissioner of Consumer Protection; and(2) Part II. Pharmaceutical jurisprudence.(b) The applicant must achieve a grade of not less than 75 in each designated part.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 20-576-3
