Section 20-576-58 - Request for reconsideration. Modifications(a) A pharmacy may request the commission to reconsider the pharmacy's initial designation of class not later than thirty days after the notice of such classification.(b) A pharmacy that is licensed to operate in a particular class or classes may apply to the commission for a modification of such status.(c) No fee shall be charged for a request for reconsideration or modification.Conn.
