Section 20-329m-1 - Definitions(a) "Commission" means the Connecticut Real Estate Commission;(b) "Commissioner" means the Commissioner of Consumer Protection;(c) "Department means the Department of Consumer Protection; and(d) "Broker" has the meaning prescribed in section 20-311 of the general statutes.Conn.
