Section 19a-332a-9 - Specific requirements for asbestos enclosure(a) All loose and hanging ACM shall be adequately wetted and removed as required in Section 19a-332a-7 unless otherwise approved by the Department.(b) Areas of ACM shall be sprayed with an encapsulant if they are to be disturbed during the installation of hangers, brackets or other portions of the enclosure.(c) Non-asbestos containing substitutes shall be used to patch surfacing materials or thermal system insulation.Conn.
