Section 19a-401-1 - Definitions

As used in sections 19a-401-l to 19a-401-6. inclusive. 19a-401-9. 19a-401-10. and 19a-401-12 to 19a-401-17. inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State A gencies

(a) "Commission" means the Commission on Medicolegal Investigations.

(b) "Office" means the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.

(c) " Institution" has the same meaning as provided in section 19a-490 of the Connecticut General Statutes.
