Section 19a-72-3 - Case Reports. Reporting Methods(a) Reporting entities shall fulfill the case report reporting requirements of section 19a-72-2 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies by submitting such information electronically, in a format approved by the department. Electronic reports shall be transmitted to the department through a secure, controlled process as prescribed by the department.(b) If tissue samples are submitted to the department in conjunction with the case report, such samples shall be submitted to the department through the department's designated contractor.Conn.
