Section 17b-461-3 - Reporting requirements(a) Reports of suspected abuse, neglect, exploitation or abandonment shall be received: (1) At the regional offices of the department during the usual and customary business hours of the Department or(2) During nonbusiness hours, at such telephone numbers as the department may designate and appropriately publicize.Conn.
