Section 17a-636-61 - Investigative hearings

The Commission may hold investigative hearings for the purpose of:

(1) ascertaining compliance with any statute or regulation within the agency's jurisdiction to administer or enforce; or

(2) receiving information concerning any matter which reasonably may be the subject of regulation by the Commission. The Commission shall provide reasonable notice of such hearing to all interested persons and the general public.
