Section 17a-218-19 - Bidding for contracts(a) On and after January 1, 1997, every contract for the construction, renovation or rehabilitation of a community-based residential facility, including those for lease with a purchase option shall be awarded to the lowest responsible qualified bidder on the basis of competitive bids.Conn.
