Section 16-333-19 - Climbing space(a) Climbing space consisting of a horizontal area of thirty inches square extending vertically not less than forty inches above and below cables, conductors, crossarms or other communication attachments shall be provided on all poles.(b) The climbing space shall be a continuation of the existing climbing space through telephone facilities.Conn.
