Section 15-121-B15g - Bantam Lake special regulationOn the waters of Bantam Lake located in the towns of Morris and Litchfield the following restrictions shall apply:
(a) The launching into the air of objects or persons towed by a motorboat is prohibited; however, a town may, in waters within its jurisdiction, permit such activity provided the area, time, and conditions are approved by the commissioner through issuance of a marine event permit pursuant to Section 15-140b of the General Statutes.(b) No person shall operate or allow the operation of any motorboat between the hours of 11:00 P.M. and 5:00 A.M. prevailing time.(c) No person shall operate or allow the operation of any motorboat which is towing a water skier closer than one hundred and fifty feet from the shore, unless such motorboat is approaching the shore for the purpose of enabling a water skier to take off or land.Conn.
