Section 14-137-15 - Enforcement(a) Any person violating any provision of sections 14-137-9, 14-137-10, 14-137-11, 14-137-13 or 14-137-14 shall be subject to the provisions of section 14-111 of the Connecticut general statutes relating to the suspension or revocation of motor vehicle operator licenses, suspension or revocation of motor vehicle registrations and, in the event such person is a non-resident, to the provision of said statute relating to the suspension or revocation of non-resident operating privileges.(b) A violation of sections 14-137-9, 14-137-10, 14-137-11, 14-137-13 or 14-137-14 shall be considered an equipment violation and any motor vehicle inspector or police officer issuing a citation for any such violation shall issue to the violator a "Warning ticket" (form P-2) and observe the procedures set forth in section 14-103 of the Connecticut general statutes pertaining to the issuance of a "warning of defective equipment"Conn.
