Section 14-227a-28a - Third or subsequent convictions

Sections 14-227a-11 a to 14-227a-27a, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies shall apply to the installation and use of an IID authorized after a hearing held in accordance with section 14-111(i)(2) as the result of a third or subsequent conviction for a violation of subdivision (1) or (2) of subsection (a) of section 14-227a of the Connecticut General Statutes.
