The installer or approved applicant shall keep a record of the installation, inspection, maintenance, calibration and removal of each IID, and any complaints received as set forth in section 14-227a-16 a of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. The record shall be maintained for a period of five (5) years, and shall be made available for inspection by the department at any time upon twenty-four (24) hours' notice.
