Section 13b-96-26 - Refusal to pick-up a passenger(a) No certificate holder or taxicab driver shall refuse or neglect to transport to and from any place within its authorized service area any orderly person requesting service regardless of race, gender, religion, national origin, age, marital status or handicap who is willing and able to pay the prescribed fare.(b) No certificate holder or taxicab driver shall refuse taxicab service to a patron with a service animal.(c) A hailed taxicab driver shall not seek to ascertain the destination of a passenger before such passenger is seated in the taxicab.Conn.
