Section 13b-96-18 - Hours of operation(a) Each taxicab company shall operate on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, every day of the year, unless otherwise approved by the commissioner.(b) Each certificate holder is required to adequately plan for and meet the demand for taxicab transportation in their authorized territory.Conn.
