Section 13b-96-6 - Misrepresentation(a) No certificate shall be granted to any applicant who makes a false statement or representation to the commissioner in its application.(b) Any certificate granted under misrepresentation as stated in subsection (a) of this section is subject to civil penalties and sanctions enumerated in section 13b-96-51 of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.Conn.
