Section 12-574-A30 - Timer(a)Duties of timer. There shall be one timer who shall occupy the timer's stand and declare the official time of the race. The association may utilize electronic timers which, however, shall not be official. The official time shall be the time recorded on the hand timer.(b)Official time to be recorded.
