Section 12-562-37a - Transcript of contested case proceedings(a)Proceedings recorded. All hearings in contested case proceedings shall be either electronically or stenographically recorded.(b)Written transcript. At the close of the reception of evidence, the respondent or any other party of record may file a written request with the presiding officer for a written transcript of the proceedings. If no such written request is filed, the presiding officer may order that a written transcript be prepared.(c)Reasonable costs. If any party of record desires a copy of the transcript, it will be made available upon written request and payment of the reasonable cost to the division.Conn. Agencies Regs. § 12-562-37a
