Section 10a-34-14 - Admissions requirements(a) Published admissions standards shall be so structured that they result in the admission of those qualified to accomplish work at the level at which each program is offered.(b) Any institution that admits students to an undergraduate program without adequate preparation shall make provision for placement testing, counseling, and compensatory services.(c) Admission to any undergraduate program shall require, at a minimum, graduation from an accredited secondary school or the equivalent.(d) Admission to a graduate or first professional master's or doctor's degree program shall require, at a minimum, graduation from an appropriate bachelor's degree program, or the equivalent as determined by the Board.Conn.
