Section 10-153f-8 - Role of the commissioner(a) The Commissioner shall review the recommendations of the interview committee. For good cause, the Commissioner may direct the interview committee to review again an unsuccessful applicant.(b) The Commissioner shall forward the list of recommended applicants to the Board for action.Conn.
