All persons applying for a manufactured home dealer's license either as a sole proprietor or on behalf of a corporation or partnership shall take and pass a manufactured home dealer's licensure examination. The length and content of the examination will be determined by the Board, or its designate. The passing score will be determined by the Board based on a level of minimum competency to engage in the profession. The examination will be conducted monthly, in Denver and at other sites as designated by the Board. The Board shall provide all applicants a handbook for preparation for the examination, and the examination shall cover the contents of this handbook. This handbook may be revised from time to time.
