Section 3 CCR 713-31.1 - INTRODUCTIONA.Basis: The general authority for promulgation of these Rules by the Colorado Medical Board ("Board") is set forth in sections 12-20-204(1), 12-240-106(1)(a), and 24-4-103, C.R.S.B.Purpose: To provide guidance to physicians, physician assistants, and anesthesiologist assistants ("licensees") regarding the Board's position with respect to misleading, deceptive or false advertising, which is unprofessional conduct pursuant to section 12-240-121(1)(z), C.R.S. This Rule applies to advertising in all types of media including, but not limited to, print, radio, television and the Internet.37 CR 12, June 25, 2014, effective 7/15/2014
