Alternative documentation shall be specific to the residential real property to be insured and provide information and verification of the following, when such item is standard on that county's certificate of taxes due: d. Schedule, account or parcel numbere. Total current year property tax amounts and paymentsf. Total current year assessments and mill levyg. Tax distribution including tax entity or authorityh. Special Taxing/Improvement Districts including installment amountsi. Special Assessments including installment and/or payoff amountsj. Prior year(s) tax lien(s), delinquencies and tax sale(s) including redemption amountsk. Service liens including payoff amounts2. Documentation to support the information in Section 1 can be obtained electronically through the county treasurer website and/or verbally from county treasurer staff. a. Documentation obtained electronically must contain the date the information was retrieved form the county treasurer's website and/or the printout from the county treasurer's website containing the information.b. Documentation obtained verbally, from county treasurer staff, must contain the date the information was obtained, the name of the person obtaining the information and the name of the county treasurer staff that provided the information.B.
