Section 3 CCR 702-3-3-5-3 - Applicability

This regulation shall apply to all domestic property and casualty insurers; title insurers; captive insurers; Pinnacol Assurance; and public entity self-insurance pools. However, any accident and health business issued by these insurers is specifically excluded from this regulation, and is, instead, subject to the requirements of Colorado Insurance Regulation 3-3-4.
