A. The Board shall publish a list of brands for sale at least thirty (30) days prior to the actual sale. The published notice shall state the time and place for such sale and specify the minimum bid.B. The Board shall publish this notice of sale in the official state livestock paper, as designated pursuant to § 35-44-109, C.R.S.
