Section 6 CCR 1011-1-20-23 - COMPLIANCE WITH FGI GUIDELINES

Any construction or renovation of an ambulatory surgical center initiated on or after July 1, 2020, shall conform to Part 3 of 6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 2, unless otherwise specified in this current Chapter.
