Part 1 - [Effective 10/15/2024] STATUTORY AUTHORITY AND APPLICABILITY

1.1 Authority to establish minimum standards through regulation and to administer and enforce such regulations is provided by Sections 25-1.5-103 and 25-3-101, C.R.S.

1.2 Applicability

(A) All licensed hospital units shall meet applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

(1)6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 2,

(2)6 CCR 1011-1, Chapter 4, and

(3) This Chapter 19.

(B) Contracted services shall meet the standards established herein.
