Testing of blood alcohol, blood drug, urine drug and postmortem samples operate under Parts 5 through 9 of these rules and regulations. All certified forensic toxicology laboratories performing testing in the categories of blood alcohol, blood drug, urine drug and postmortem testing must comply with all applicable requirements in this rule
