Section 3.20 - Pilot Boarding Area(1) The normal and usual boarding area for any boat with the marking "PILOT" and used by Pilots for boarding and departing vessels shall at all times, weather permitting, one mile south of Eastern Point Lighted Buoy 2.(2) The "Eastern Point Pilots" shall ensure that such location, to be known as the "Pilot Boarding Area", is published in the U.S. Coast Pilot and similar publications of general use within the maritime industry and is known to all vessel agents and other interested parties in the vicinity of District Two.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1488, eff. 2/3/2023.
