Section 5.11 - Other Provisions(1)Fees. CHIA shall charge a fee to all non-governmental entities requesting Data or a Summarized Data Report, as established under M.G.L. c. 12C, § 12(b). Fee schedules will be issued by CHIA by Administrative Bulletin and updated from time to time.(2)Other Disclosures. CHIA may make other disclosures of Data as required by law including, but not limited to, disclosures made pursuant to Civil Investigative Demands, law enforcement subpoenas or court orders.(3)Confidentiality.
