Section 62.04 - Place to File(1) Documents shall be mailed or delivered to the Division at: Secretary of the Commonwealth, Corporations Division, Trademark Section, One Ashburton Place, 17th Floor, Boston, MA 02108-1512.(2) If the document is mailed the envelope shall clearly identify the type of document enclosed. Documents submitted to any other area of the office, to any district office or not properly addressed will not be considered received by the Division at the address noted in 950 CMR 62.04(1).
