Section 130.07 - Substitute Addresses Designated by the Address Confidentiality Program(1) The Address Confidentiality Program has designated a substitute address to be used as a Participant's legal mailing and residential address.(2) The Address Confidentiality Program in consultation with the Registry of Motor Vehicles has designated a specific street address solely for use on motor vehicle operator licenses, registrations, for vehicle insurance and for excise tax purposes.
