Section 112.04 - On-line Services(1) The Division also offers online services at the Division's website. Services offered online include filing documents, ordering certificates and certified copies and searching Division records.(2) General inquiries to the Division may also be made by electronic mail to corpinfo@sec.state.ma.us. Electronic mail cannot be used to file limited liability company documents, request certificates, certified copies or searches of the records.
