Section 10.03 - Representation(a)Appearance. An individual may appear in his own behalf. An authorized officer or employee may represent a corporation, an authorized member may represent a partnership or joint venture, and an authorized trustee may represent a trust. Any Party in an Adjudicatory Proceeding shall have the right to be accompanied, represented and advised by an Authorized Representative, provided, however, no Authorized Representative shall be permitted to engage in the practice of law unless authorized to do so within the Commonwealth.(b)Notice of Appearance. An appearance shall be made in every Adjudicatory Proceeding by filing a written notice with the Division and the Presiding Officer. Such notice shall contain the name, address and telephone number of the Authorized Representative.
