Section 5.10 - Directional Traffic Movement(1) Upon the following streets or parts of streets vehicular traffic shall only move in the direction indicated:Sherman Avenue
Southerly from the Verbeck Gate to Antietam Street
MacArthur Northerly from Antietam to the Verbeck Gate
(2) Within the area bounded by Sherman Street, Chance Street and Elm Street, vehicular traffic shall move in a rotary counter clock direction(3) Vehicular traffic travelling westerly on Buena Vista Street shall not be permitted to take a right turn onto Auman Street between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. and 5:00 P.M., and vehicular traffic travelling easterly on Antietam Street shall not be permitted to take a right turn onto Auman Street between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 9:00 A.M. and 1:30 P.M. and 5:00 P.M.
