Section 28.04 - Legal Effect and Enforceability(1) An electronic signature may not be denied legal effect or enforceability under M.G.L. c. 32 solely because it is in electronic form if a retirement board has promulgated a supplemental regulation permitting the same.(2) A prescribed form may not be denied legal effect or enforceability solely because an electronic signature was used in its formation if a retirement board has promulgated a supplemental regulation permitting the same.Adopted by Mass Register Issue 1479, eff. 9/16/2022.
